The LegacyResponsiveDisplayAdInfo
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.common#legacyresponsivedisplayadinfo>
will
include the marketing_image which is the MediaFile resource name. You can
then use the media_file resource to pull the source_url
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/fields/media_file#media_filesource_url>.
This is the only option available to get these details.
