Below is the sample request including the SourceUrl and filtering
the THIRD_PARTY_REDIRECT_AD's so that the results will contains only those
Ads and you still need to point the
URL: https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201809/AdGroupAdService.

SourceUrl, If not please share the entire logs to investigate further
