Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify the match type of your
keywords when using the TargetingIdeaService.
However, using Google Ads API, you can use the KeywordPlanService
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.services#google.ads.googleads.v1.services.KeywordPlanService>
and
specify the match type
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.resources#google.ads.googleads.v1.resources.KeywordPlanKeyword>
