I'm afraid that creative level statistics of Universal App Campaigns are
currently not supported in the AdWords API. As for the Universal App
Campaign support in the Google Ads API, they are only currently supported
in the reports and as of now, creating or modifying the said campaign type
is not possible. You may follow our blog
