I am using .net client in my project.  GRPC core dll 
references grpc_csharp_ext.x64.dll . Now I fixed it by adding a post build 
command xcopy from *source folder* to the target dir. 

Is there any other way to handle grpc charp error better than adding a post 
build command ? Thank you
