The GAQL will include the data that includes the zero impressions if not
explicitly specified. You can exclude zero impressions from your queries by
adding metrics.impressions > 0 in your predicate. Please check this guide
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/reporting/zero-impressions>
for
more information. You may use the ad_group_ad.status
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/fields/ad_group_ad#ad_group_adstatus>
with
enum values as PAUSED and REMOVED in the predicate to get the Paused and
removed ads.
