Using adwords, we were encouraged to shift from the heavy feed setup to the ExtensionFeedItemService https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/extension-settings
It is still pleasantly described: *Note:* The AdWords API includes the AdCustomizerFeedService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/AdCustomizerFeedService> to simplify the feed setup process for the most common use cases. If you need a more complex feed configuration, you can use Feed services <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/feed-services> to create your Feed and its associated objects. This was a huge move in our codebase few months ago as it allows us to create/update sitelinks, calls and callouts and link them automatically. Yet in google ads, the ExtensionFeedItemService is completely different as we have to do it the old way: create feed items first, then associate them. Do you plan to re-implement a convenient method or is this rollback expected?
