Greetings!
This was sent over to me to double-check on this. I've never seen the case
make a difference. The only limitation I know of on mobile device IDs is
that they will only stay in the list for about about 540 days as members.
Perhaps, the device IDs that you're getting come from a different source
that isn't always correct; I can't think of a reason at the moment why case
on its own would make a difference.
