Hello Qaiser,
The different type of report types correspond to the data at different
levels. For example, the Campaign Performance Report will return data at
the campaign level where as the Placeholder Report will return the data for
the ad based extensions. The impressions for these report types may or may
not match. Please check this guide
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/uireports> on how
each of these reports are mapped in the UI. If you're seeing a discrepancy
with the data between API and UI, please let me know I can check this
further.
