Hello Luigi,
You could use our Test account
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview#test_accounts>
to create mock data like campaigns, keywords, Ad Groups except they cant be
served and data related to that wont be available. Faking the data for
testing is not possible in Google Ads accounts.
