I'm afraid that proximity suggestions are currently not supported in the
AdWords/Google Ads APIs. For the AdWords API, you can refer to this guide
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/location-targeting>
for
what can be achieved with location targeting. For the Google Ads API, you
can then refer to this location targeting
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/targeting/location-targeting>
guide
for what is currently supported.
