Based on the screenshot, it looks like you're looking to setup the Audience
source in the Google Ads account. It is not possible to setup the audience
source through the API. However, you may refer to this help center article
<https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/7540515?hl=en> on how to
setup the audience source in the UI.
Unfortunately, there is no API method available which will help you
creating the audience source in the account.
