I use the following settings for UploadConversion in adwords . attributionModelType = AttributionModelType.LAST_CLICK; isExternallyAttributed = false; So for Google Ads V1.0 , If I set AttributionModelSettings <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.resources?hl=en#google.ads.googleads.v1.resources.ConversionAction.AttributionModelSettings> with attribution model as GOOGLE_ADS_LAST_CLICK, then it is same as setting isExternallyAttributed = false in adwords .
