I am not sure what the "shasta" key you are referring to is. Can you
provide more details?
You can increase the number of operations an API token can have by applying
for Standard access
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/access-levels#standard_access>.
However, you should note that even with Standard access, you will need to
keep an eye on the number of operations per second you do.

"shasta" and rateScope "ACCOUNT" when retrieving from the adgroup criterion
service. What is the meaning of the rate key? This is only happening for
one of our customers accounts, is there a way to increase the rate limit
for that customer? Our service handles time sensitive requests so we would
like to avoid delaying if possible.
