Hi Costantin,
When creating a campaign and its budget, you can set the budget field
explicitly_shared
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.resources#google.ads.googleads.v1.resources.CampaignBudget>
to
false.
