So I can further investigate, could you provide the complete SOAP request
and response logs that were generated when the
BiddingErrors.NOT_COMPATIBLE_WITH_PAYMENT_MODE
error occurred? If you haven't yet, you may enable SOAP logging for your
PHP client library by referring to this guide
<https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib#logging>.
Once enabled, you may send the generated logs privately via the *Reply
privately to author* option.
