Thank you for reaching out. You can try to use the
CampaignExtensionSettingService.GetCampaignExtensionSetting
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.services#google.ads.googleads.v1.services.CampaignExtensionSettingService>()
method to get the value of extension_feed_items[] as this field returns the
resource name of the extension feed items associated to your
campaignExtensionSetting.

have a feed_id either. How can I get feed_id that is required for remove
