Hi, I'm having a hard time understanding the bid modifier structure in the Google Ads API.
At the *ad group* level, there is an example <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/samples/add-ad-group-bid-modifier> for "Device" using the AdGroupBidModifier <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.resources#adgroupbidmodifier> resource: But why is there no specific value for "Connected TV <https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/2018/12/connected-tv-device-targeting-reporting.html>" in the ENUMs <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.enums#device> ? At the *campaign* level there is only one example <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/samples/add-campaign-bid-modifier#python> for "Calls" using the CampaignBidModifier <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.resources#google.ads.googleads.v1.resources.CampaignBidModifier> resource: How can I get/add/update the bid modifiers for devices and locations at the campaign level? They are not mentioned in the CampaignBidModifier <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.resources#campaignbidmodifier> resource.
