Hello Marc, I see that the user has access to 3 accounts, out of which 2 are still in draft. So the result might contain only 1 account for ListAccessibleCustomers API call. If you see any scenario where the draft account is also resulting, please share that user email address using reply privately to the author option to investigate further.
