Hi Diogo, Thank you for sending that information over, I did receive it and was able to look into the issue for you. The problem is that the customer account ID you provided is for a test account. Since simulations use historical data to simulate performance, they can't be used with test accounts that do not serve ads. To access ad group simulations you'll need to query a production ad group that's been serving ads and has some performance data.
