Hi Fabian,

It turns out there are some subtleties to how AdGroupAd change events are 
stored that lead to the creation event appearing with status CHANGED. I'm 
discussing this further with the change status team, but could you let me know 
how you're using the status so I understand how the current behavior negatively 
impacts your use case?
