Hi Eli, YouTube campaigns are currently not supported in both the old AdWords API and the new Google Ads API. For the new Google Ads API, you can refer to the AdvertisingChannelType and AdvertisingChannelSubType fields to learn which type of campaigns are supported to be created/updated using the CampaignService.
