Hi Michael, The WebPage criterion should not be restricted to trigger dynamic search ads only. It can be used to trigger other ad types as well. However, for dynamic search ads, the WebPage criterion is what you need to specify as discussed in this old AdWords API guide. The same should still apply for the Google Ads API.
