Hi, Yes, report requests can only be made against client accounts when using the Google Ads API. So I can better assist you in finding the client account that you created, could you share with me your test MCC account ID? You may reply using the Reply privately to author option.
Also, you may create your your test client accounts directly under your test MCC account ID by using the CustomerService.CreateCustomerClient method.
