Hello, i have approved developer token with a basic access.
When i tried to get campaigns for the first time with code that i found
in
https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords/v201809/basic_operations/get_campaigns.py
I got Rate Exceeded Error:

How could i handle this error? Is it possible that i send > 10k operations
for 1 query?
