Hello Omir, The GeographicView resource is equivalent to the Geo Performance Report in AdWords API which will return data at the country/territory level, one row per country/territory. The LocationView resource is equivalent to the Campaign Location Target Report in the AdWords API which aggregates campaigns by location-based CampaignCriterion.
If you wish to pull country level data you will have to use the GeographicView resource. Let me know if you have any questions.
