Hi Faisal,

When using date ranges or the DURING clause, you would also need to include the 
Date field in your SELECT query as mentioned here. However, since the 
CAMPAIGN_NEGATIVE_PLACEMENTS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT does not support the Date 
field, you do not need to include the DURING clause as this would result in an 
error.

To know which report types support the Date field, you may refer to this guide.
