Hi Zhang, The ApprovalStatus field is only applicable at the BiddableAdGroupCriterion level. Negative criterion such as keywords currently do not require any approvals, hence, the ApprovalStatus field of your negative keywords in the report is returned as blank.
As for the labels, could you confirm if you have indeed applied Labels, using the AdGroupCriterionService.mutateLabel(), to your (Keyword) NegativeAdGroupCriterion and still the report returned the fields as blank?
