Hello Youness, The equivalent service to TargetingIdeaService is KeywordPlanIdeaService in the new Google Ads API. You can refer here the same. You could refer to the Keyword Planning in the release notes to get more clarity. You could refer the code samples to create keyword plan, and keyword ideas from here.
