There is no limit specified in our documentation for the number of extensions that you can include inside one extension setting object. However, since its data elements can be very large, the limit was adjusted to be 250 operations per request limit, and one extension setting object should equate to one operation. Furthermore, please note that in every extension setting, the type of extension should be the same. Please see Add sitelinks to a campaign sample code, you can see that only sitelinks are included in this extension setting.
