Hi there, I'm trying to follow the instructions to get the API access to my developer and my production manager account doesnt have the option under tools>setup. FYI the manager account I'm using is the only on our account. My developer suggested using the URL https://ads.google.com/aw/apicenter but that only gives me an error: Google Ads can't complete your request right now. Please reload this page to try again.
I read multiple google help pages but they all reference the same path, Tools>Setup>API center.
