It appears that the RAR file you attached is corrupt. Can you try repackaging it? Additionally, can you describe more about what you mean by "client side" and "server side" in the example code you provided previously? Every API consumer has its own unique architecture, and from my perspective they're all clients, so I don't fully understand the relationship in your specific context.
