I'm new to Adwords API. My client needs to import offline data to their Google Adwords account.
After working (testing) with the Adwords API, I'm ready to develop the app for the client. However, I'm not sure whose Google API Credentials I should be setting up. I first logged into my Google Acct to set this up, but it's requiring me to setup Google Cloud Platform account. I'm now thinking the credentials (OAuth) should be created under the client's account using the manager's account. Is this correct?
