Could you confirm that you were expecting a change status of FIELDS_CHANGED in your campaigns? When you have already updated your campaigns, there would be a delay before the changes will reflect in the CustomerSyncService. Could you try making the service call again and see if it still does not reflect? If not, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs via the reply privately to author option for me to investigate this further?
