Hi Juan, If you wish to create a test client account under your newly generated test MCC account using the AdWords API, then you can do so by using the CreateAccount example. You will need to use the test MCC account ID as the clientCustomerId and use the OAuth2 credentials generated using the email address tied or associated to the test MCC.
