To further investigate the issue, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs in creating the targeted location together with the customer ID? Please refer to the 'readme' section of the respective client library (refer to this link to see the supported client libraries) that you are using to know how to enable SOAP logging. Also, could you provide the complete report definition that you've used in your report for retrieving the data of the targeted location via Reply privately to author option?
