Hello Reggie, You can get Ad Strength feedback from the AdPerformaceReport or via AdGroupAdService using AdWords API. Similarly, If you are using Google Ads API you can use AdGroupAd resource of AdGroupAdService to get the Ad Strength. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
