Could you confirm if you are also experiencing the 'invalid_grant' error? If yes, this error usually encountered when the refreshToken is already expired. This said, I would like to recommend that you re-generate all your OAuth2 credentials including the client_id and client_secret and retry your request. If the error persists after re-generating your credential, you may reply the complete SOAP request and response logs together with the customer ID and the email address you've used when generates your OAuth2 credentials via Reply privately to author option so I can further investigate.
