Hi Suresh,

I'm afraid, it is not possible to form the URLs specific to load the ads. It is 
not possible to view the uploaded assets in the Google Ads UI. You may use the 
MediaService.get() or AssetService.get() to retrieve the specific asset details.

For your second concern, it is not possible to update the Ad assets through the 
API. For AssetService, only ADD and REMOVE operations are currently allowed.
