I am trying to set up a test manager account with this guide ( https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call?hl=en-GB#create_test_accounts) but I can't see the `API Centre` in the dropdown list. What I tried: * created the test manager account (A test account) (on the top right corner, if I click on my profile pic, in the dropdown I can see I am a `manager`) * checked the dropdown (Tools/setup), API centre is not visible * clicked on the `Accounts` in the left sidebar, then "Management" tab * created new account, it shows up in the list, but when I refresh the page the newly created account disappeared. Tested multiple times, the same result. * created one more test account (B Test account), and in the A test account I clicked on the Accounts/Management tab on the `Link existing account` button and I linked the "B test account". I received the emails, accepted the invitation and I can see under "Tools/Account access/Managers" the A test account (if I signed in with B test account) but if I signed in with A test account and check "Accounts/Management" tab it is still empty. * Still can not see the "API center" in the dropdown menu I performed the same steps with production accounts and it works just fine, but can not make it work with test accounts. Could you please help me to get the test token?
