Hi, My apologies for missing the clientCustomerId you provided earlier.
Upon investigation, I can see that the campaign you have is an Universal App Campaign - Engagement. This type of campaign subtype is not yet supported in the AdWords API. However, UAC App installs are supported in the AdWords API and it is returned with a subtype of "Universal App Campaign". Let me know if you have further clarifications.
