Hi Marcos, The Extension Setting services are used to manage the ad extensions. If you are looking to manage the feed-based ad extensions, you will need to use FeedService or FeedItemService. You may use the FeedItemService to get the respective FeedItem status. Please give this a try and let us know if you have any issues.
