Hello, Bharani! The reason is that we need this number to be as relevant as possible. As I understand, the report will only show performing keywords, and will have some lag in updating.
We actually found a temporarily way to do it - we query the adgroupIds, and then in a loop we get keywords count for those adgroupIds. That's not the ideal solution, but it does work.
