I am a colleague of Dannison and let me relay his response.

Could you confirm if you have received Dannison's response in private? If you 
haven't, my apologies for the inconvenience. Below is the contents of his 
response:

"Upon checking the gmail ad in the specified campaign, I can see that you did 
not set any teaser headline and teaser description similar to the screenshot I 
attached below when I tried to create these on my own test account. This is the 
reason why they are not returned in your report. This option will only appear 
if you directly created the Gmail Ad in your ad group. See the second 
screenshot for this option in the UI."
