You can set up different conversion actions for each conversion source. And all these conversions would be counted towards the total conversions. You could refer to this article for more information. In the Google Ads UI you are able to set whether you want the specific conversion actions to be included in the “Conversions” column in the conversions report. However, you would be able to see all the conversions from all the conversion actions in the “All Conversions” column in the conversions report. Please refer to this article for more details.
