Before proceeding further, Could you confirm which API you are using, is it the AdWords API or the Google Ads API? If it's the AdWords API, you may use the TrafficEstimatorService to retrieves traffic estimates for proposed or existing campaigns. You may refer to this guide and these samples (also available for other languages) for more details. Please let me know if you are using the Google Ads API or the other APIs.
