As we know, if we upload 20 images or video to one app campaign
adgroups , google will optimize these 20 items for ads .
but if we create 20 app campaign adgroup and upload a single image or
video to each adgroup ,，Will the google creatives optimize be the same as
one adgroup for 20 images?
