Hello Harshit, In general that specific error occurs when the wrong clientCustomerId passed to the API call. Please double check if you are passing the right customer id, since the shared customer id is active and if you are passing the same id to the API call then the error shouldn't occur. Could you please share the complete request and response logs to check further using reply privately to the author option?
