Hello Arnab, Using those location ids you can get the canonical names of the locations that are mentioned in this Geotargets CSV file. Alternatively, you can also use the Location Criterion Service to get the names of the locations by their ids.
The metric Conv.value is available via ConversionValue field , cost metric is available via Cost field. Whereas Impr. (Top) % and Impr. (Abs. Top) % are not available via this report.
