If yes, you could use the OAuth credentials generated using the email address having access to these accounts (your main account). If you want to generate different OAuth credentials for these accounts, you could refer to the OAuth guide for details. If this doesn't address your concern, could you please elaborate more on the API request call made and the guide followed to create two connections?
